This guide will assist any facilitator in helping participants learn how their behaviors influence trust. It includes activities that are based on the four Elements of the TrustWorks! Model and instructions for debriefing both the standard Self-Assessment (included) and the 360 Online Leadership Assessment. The workshop can be completed in 3 to 3.5 hours. An appenix provides several presentation handouts and activity suggestions.
