TrustWorks! Programs
I have used hundreds of the Pace Palette and TrustWorks programs over the past three years and they have become standard materials in several of our most successful programs. The Pace Palette is a key component in our introduction module to the Supervisor Academy. After receiving training, many participants refer to the Pace Palette at work and use it when they conduct team meetings, as it is a very fun tool to use and remember. I include the “Myself as a Trust Builder” program in most of our Team Building and Customer Service training offerings. The response is overwhelmingly positive. “Leader as a Trust Builder” is a tool that helps managers, as well as senior leaders understand the importance of building trust in their organizations and is a part of our Leadership program. I have used the Pace Palette and TrustWorks programs successfully across industries including Healthcare, Construction, Manufacturing and Government Agencies. The programs truly are fun to use, well received by the participants, and definitely add value to the learning outcome.
