As a Certified Facilitator, you will:

• Observe how to deliver the three trust programs
• Practice presenting a TrustWorks! module with a team partner

• Explore methods for integrating the elements of trust into performance appraisal
  systems to drive greater performance
• Discuss ways to build sustainability into your trust development

Attendees will:

• Receive a TrustWorks! Briefcase containing presentation materials for all three
  Trust Programs, including Facilitator Guides, PowerPoint CDs, Assessments, and
  ancillary tools
• Work with the Founder of TrustWorks Group, Inc. and the author of the Trust Products
• Have your lunches provided
• Interact with other participants from different companies/organizations
