Rose M. Avila

Rose M. Avila, Ph.D., the Principal Consultant, Facilitator, and Coach at RMA Consulting, is a highly qualified Strategist and Development Specialist who has more than 20 years of experience and success in helping people become top performers and achieve quality results. For Rose, it's all about focus. Her clients work in all sizes of businesses in a cross section of industries, from start-ups to billion dollar corporations, as well as public and private companies and non-profits and municipalities. She has helped some in a strategic planning capacity; others have worked with her to strengthen their management skills and to deal better with change or conflict. Whether their organizations are in a growth mode or dealing with difficult times, e.g., the recession, Rose helps them focus on improving results and becoming more effective. Her support helps clients improve sales and revenue numbers, address expense and cash flow issues, and increase margins and profitability.

Rose is a strong believer of the TrustWorks model and, as a certified consultant, is working closely with Cindy Olmstead and the TrustWorks Group to promote and rebuild trust in organizations.

Patricia Ferguson Ebner

Patricia Ferguson Ebner launched Leadership Matters Consulting Group, LLC in 2008 and is the CEO and Principal Consultant. Her consulting group provides business support, employee training and leadership coaching to increase employee engagement. Clients come from all business sectors.

Corporate Work Experience:  Patricia began her human resources career in the manufacturing industry, where she worked for seven years in the compensation, benefits and staffing areas. In 1990, Patricia went to work for a generation and transmission cooperative in Minnesota. She spent the next 16 years working in a variety of HR positions. Her work included labor relations, workforce planning, organizational development, executive and leadership development, compensation, executive compensation, and Human Resources leadership. In 2006, Patricia moved to Rapid City, South Dakota to join a fast growing energy company as the Director of Human Resources.

Education:  Patricia Ferguson Ebner received her Bachelor of Science degree in business from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minnesota. She received her Masters of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Specialized Training: Patricia has participated in specialized training to enhance her skill-set throughout her career. She pursued and attained the designation of Certified Compensation Professional, completed a course of study in alternative dispute resolution and is a Certified Mediator, and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Curtis L. Carlson School of Management, Human Resource Executive program. Patricia also has specific experience in providing 360 feedback, conducting succession planning, and designing leadership development programs. She is a certified facilitator of the TrustWorks! programs. Through Lominger International, she is certified in Voices 360, Strategic Effectiveness Architect, and Leadership Architect.

Noreen J. Kelly

 

Noreen Kelly, Trust Strategist and Communications Consultant, is President of Trust Matters Group and brings more than 20 years corporate experience within global Fortune 500 companies. Noreen leads change communication efforts for large scale change initiatives to major organizations. She also provides coaching and marketing communications support to entrepreneurs, small businesses and non-profit organizations.

 

Trust Matters Group delivers strategies, tools and solutions to help organizations manage their ideas, reach and communicate with their audience through a strategic plan of implementation, and develop trusting relationships in the workplace and the marketplace. Noreen brings a voice of wisdom, leadership and focus by giving her clients structure, clarifying their goals and thinking, and helping them to develop and implement an integrated set of results. Leslie Larrabee

 

Leslie has more than 25 years of business development, strategic planning and corporate training experience working with Fortune 1000 companies. In 1999 she was tapped to bring that experience to the world of higher education and their corporate training programs. After a decade of success infusing innovative workforce/corporate training strategies, processes and programs in educational institutions, she founded Entrepreneurial Endeavors in Education (EEE), a consulting firm specializing in maximizing profits for corporate training programs within institutions of higher education. 

 

Understanding that workplace trust is a critical success factor for both her college clients and those clients her colleges serve, in 2008, Leslie became a Certified TrustWorks! Facilitator. As such, she can now help her clients and her clients’ clients achieve accountability, cultivate excellence, and produce highly efficient, cross-functional teams by focusing on this crucial core element to success.

 

A nationally recognized speaker, consultant and author on the topic of Entrepreneurial Endeavors in Education, her webinars, workshops and presentations draw record-breaking audiences. She is a contributing author to the AACC Community College Press textbook “Linking Training to Performance: A Guide for Workforce Development Professionals”. Leslie graduated with a BA in Liberal Arts and earned her Master’s Degree in Organizational Management in 1999.


Diana Spendlove

Diana Spendlove, MA, CPLP has been developing people and performance to their fullest potential for more than 20 years.  Her coaching and consulting practice offers organizational development, employee training, and performance coaching across a wide-variety of business and industry.  Diana’s passion is to help leaders, managers, and teams build effective relationships, create trust in the workplace, and improve accountability throughout the organization. 

 

She is a certified TrustWorks Facilitator, a master-certified trainer through Achieve Global, a lean process improvement practitioner, and holds extensive professional certifications including the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) designation from The American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). 

 

Diana has a M.A. in Organizational Learning and Instructional Technology from The University of New Mexico and a B.A. in Business Administration, Management from New Mexico Highlands University.
